Thank you for shopping at Creator Forge, a UK-based retailer. Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by these terms.
1. Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

Cancel within 14 days of delivery for most goods bought online (the “cooling-off” period).

Receive goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Request a repair or replacement, or claim a full refund, if goods are faulty.
2. Returns Beyond 14 Days
We offer a 30-day goodwill returns window beyond the 14-day statutory period:

Eligibility: Unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable: Gift cards; perishable items; sealed health/personal-care goods once unsealed.
3. How to Return

Email support@creator-forge.com within the relevant timeframe (14 or 30 days) with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with your unique returns authorisation and the address to send your parcel.

Please use a tracked service—goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
4. Refunds

Statutory refunds (within 14 days): Issued within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Goodwill refunds (within 30 days): Processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.

Method: Back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs: We reimburse standard outbound shipping only on statutory cancellations; otherwise, return postage is at your cost unless goods are faulty.
5. Faulty Goods & Repairs

Statutory remedy (first 30 days): Full refund, repair, or replacement at your choice if a fault is reported.

After 30 days: You may still exercise your statutory rights if the fault was present at delivery, or claim under our two-year commercial warranty (see below).
6. Two-Year Limited Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a two-year limited warranty from date of delivery:

Scope: Manufacturing defects only; normal wear-and-tear excluded.

Remedy under this warranty:

Repair of the defective product, or
-
Replacement of the defective product.

No refunds are provided under this two-year limited warranty.

How to claim: Email support@creator-forge.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if available.

Exclusions: Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
7. If We Cease Trading
Should Creator Forge cease trading, we will use any remaining funds to honour valid warranty claims or store credits. If we cannot fulfil your claim in full, we will provide a prorated refund or credit based on the remaining warranty period.
8. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you can refer the matter to the UK European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or to an approved ADR scheme.
