At Creator Forge, we engineer every piece of gear to meet the highest standards of performance, durability, and precision. That’s why all of our camera rigging and accessory products come with a 10-year product guarantee — no fine print, just confidence built into every component.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural integrity

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Premature material failure under normal use

If your Creator Forge product fails due to a fault in materials or workmanship within 10 years of the purchase date, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge.

How It Works:

  1. Contact Us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Send it back — we’ll assess the product in-house.

  3. If it qualifies under our guarantee, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

🔧 Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, or misuse (like crushing it with a truck) aren’t covered — but if it breaks doing what it’s built to do, we’ve got your back.

This guarantee applies only to Creator Forge rigging and camera accessories — apparel and soft goods are not included.
